Can't Contact Any of the MR Editors (Emails get Returned, Delivery Failed)
Posted by Harrison on Saturday, January 16, 2021 6:22 PM

This post is more for the Kalmbach people, but if anyone knows how to reach the MR editors that would be amazing. I have tried to email the MR editors at Carl Swanson's email and mrmag @ mrmag . com, but the email keeps getting returned, saying failed to deliver. I would like to write one (or more) articles for MR, but I'm not going to write an article if I can't even get a "we might be able to use that" from and editor. Any help would be appreciated.

Harrison,

I would suggest that you contact Kalmbach Customer Service at the following email address:

customerservice@ModelRailroader.info

Post your original content for the MR editors in the email then explain to Customer Service your issue above that and ask them if they would kindly forward it onto the MR editor's department.

You'll get a customary acknowledgment of and thank you for your email.  If you don't hear anything further in a week, poke Customer Service again using the original acknowledgment email, which should include your original email.

The current forum software platform is exhibiting more and more problems and these won't be resolved until the release of the promised new platform.  However, it's unknown actually when that will actually come to be.  Even Steve Otte says he doesn't know for sure.
