I have been having issues with the forum software since this past mid-week.
One issue is the complete loss of my PM section. It is totally blank.
Another issue is the appearance of about 30+ lines of coding in red on the right side of the page above my screen name.
Anyone else experiencing these issues?
I need to contact customer support, but after a 15 minute search, I am unable to find an email address. Can someone provide me with the customer support email address? Thanks.

Rich, I found it by clicking on the "Update your account" in the green box above your name.
That opens a page Kalmbach Media Preference Center,
Scroll to the bottom of that, click on Customer Service Contact Form.
Fill out at least 2 of the box, click submit.
That opens a page with all of your account info. On the list on the right, click on Email CustomerService.
That opens up an email form, and it shows their address is: CustomerService@ModelRoader.info
The page that you opened Kalmbach Media Preference Center, the phone number is at the bottom of the page: 877-246-4849.
Mike.

Thanks for that info, Mike. I actually stumbled onto that form in my search. I didn't fill it out because I am not a current subscriber to the MR mag and it asks for the account number on the mag label.
Oops, never mind, I input the requested personal info, sans Account Number, and it gave me the email address (while noting that my subscription has expired - - long ago).
Thanks, Mike, for the help. Much appreciated.
No problem Rich. I had to go through it all to find out myself.
Have you currently experienced similar issues to what I describe.
For example, are you able to access the Private Messages section?
I haven't had any issues as of yet. All seems to be working.

PM is not accessible from mobile devices. This is in part a consequence of Kalmbach deciding to make a big push into 'mobile compatibility' across platforms a decade and a half ago, when phones looked like they would replace computers for Internet access. They used the wrong technology, and security changes since then are impossible -- or unprofitable -- for them to rectify. So they threw mobile compatibility completely out for a while. Now with the new stage 3 they appear to be re-emphasizing it again, but presumptively with the right combination of framework and tools to work right.
I get the notifications for PM just fine, but I can't even get in to read them. At one time, you could pull up the 'desktop version' and get into PMs that way, with about .01pt text in the wee little display, but I don't think current iOS allows this.
For similar reasons, you can't see profiles, even edit your own, on a mobile device. Still works on desktop -- at least, it does on the desktops I currently use.
If you use Firefox version 61 or above on a Macintosh (and perhaps on other Apple devices) there is a known conflict that causes the text box not to visibly accept input after the page security has loaded to a certain point. This is strictly in the page display and user-interface interaction: the text box visibly loads, and will even accept a few typed characters, before the final 'skin' completes and you're effectively locked out. Neither Mozilla nor Apple wants to accept adult responsibility to fix the issue; at least, they hadn't the last time I bothered trying to post out of Firefox.
Occasionally you'll get weird results when using an older version of a browser, although I'm presently typing this on one of the very oldest that still actually works with current site code without too many difficulties. (It is so old that it can't let YouTube understand it can play videos correctly).
One thing always good for a laugh on the phone is that if an URL displayed in a post is particularly long, it can push the reply button entirely out of either portrait or landscape display. This is extraordinarily irritating because the display if you quote the text is wrapped to the window -- you just can't get that far to access the invisible stuff. You'd think there would be some resize method to make even unreadably small but clickable buttons appear ... but no. There isn't.
As I said on the other forum: don't expect changes until the completely-rebuilt "new experience" is rolled out -- it was promised for "stage 3" in the 'spring' which means end of March to end of June, but I haven't heard anyone from Kalmbach say anything about it or its relative priority since around the time of the 'test view' of the new Web presence ("stage 1")
