You may have to find some decals from Champ or Oddballs for the Misssouri Pacific, many times they have the reporting marks for the MP subsidiaries on them so you can do those cars.
This is a IMWX 1937 AAR Boxcar I built using Oddballs Decals that included the I-GN reporting marks.

Clover House offers decals for a circa 1901 I-GN boxcar. It's possible they may work for you set in the 30s?
Sunshine Models offered Sunshine Models (SM) kit 39.6, which built into any of several MP variations.
Speedwitch offered decals for a war emergency flat as part # D162 – International-Great Northern (MP) 50-ton AAR War Emergency flat car. I asusme thios is a #WWII emergency flat so may be too late for your era, but the devals may still be relevant.
