While I haven't purchased anything from Con-Cor, two email queries I sent them last year or the year before went unanswered.

Order was placed a week ago? Then how was PayPal charged weeks ago?
ConCor is actually a pretty small operation. In addition to their own products they were once a good sized distributor, now they only distribute a few things that they don't make.
They say on their web site not all items listed are in stock, sometimes they will make/complete items to fill your order. In other words you order some passenger cars. They have all the parts on hand, the bodies painted, but do not have what you want assembled, packaged and ready. So they finish making the ones you want.
And if I recall they close for a week or two during the holiday.
So how long ago did you actually place the order?
Being a 63 year old, I'm not all caught up in this modern version of instant gradification web ordering where people expect orders shipped in 10 minutes and hourly tracking updates on their cell phone....
They are small, Covid is out of control, give them a minute as my grandchildren would say.

Typo. Order was placed 6 weeks ago. PayPal was charged last week.
They DO have an eBay presence. Perhaps you can use the eBay "contact seller" system to make contact.

It has been a few years but I bought a few of their nice PRR MP54 motorized passenger cars.

OK, sounds like they had to make some of your items, and now have processed your order.
There are only a few things of theirs that interest me, but I have never had a bad experiance with them.
I have close to 40 of their 72' passengers cars, and a few other items.
For small companies without real fancy IT setups, all this modern "communication" takes time, time better spent getting your product, made, packaged and on its way.
Just my old fashioned view,
