One thought, here in our area of Ontario, most if not all show vendors have their own web site, and online sales.  Would they really need more?

There are many videos online where there is no fee.

Now possibly without a show, vendors could register along with viewer/customers, send photos of what they are offering, and a small commision would be charged on all sales. Every vendor would have equal time.

You’re about 25 years too late, it’s called eBay, and the show goes on 24/7.
And, I don’t have to pay a fee to view.

Train World just did one, got a bunch of vendors to zoom live into their facebook feed, saw part of it and it worked well.

We had a thread on that with the youtube video, there wasn't any buying and selling going on, though. 
It took a lot longer than they planned.
