I prefer doing things online as I am nearly deaf and do not use the phone.
Save yourself the aggravation and just call customer service. The website software is supposed to be updated this year. There is much that doesn't work anymore.

On the MR website there is a box that says
"Thank you for being a subscriber to Model Railroader magazine.
To add MR Archive to your account, login to our customer service page and click on the "ADD ARCHIVE" button."
So where on the customer service page is that dang Add Archive button????
