After logging into my account I can only watch the first 2:21 of each video on MRVP. I do subscribe to MRVP.
I am trying to watch on a Samsung S9. Used to work pefectly.
I only watch on my laptop, so far the most recent one, Cody's office is still playing at 7 min in another tab.
Has Samsung had a recent upgrade to their operating system?
At any rate, their is no technical support in the forum from MR, so you will have to call on Monday, unless someone has diagnosed the problem

Since it's their product, try contacting Kalmbach's Customer Service. They should be able to help you with your issue more than posting it on the forum.
