They are OK. I have bought from them before. They are strictly an Internet store with some sort of distribution center but no direct customer pickup. New Lenox is a southwest suburban village in the Chicago area, somewhat near where I live. I had tried to avoid shipping charges by arranging to pick up my orders, but they do not permit it.

They sell a lot more than just train sets, so they get an F MINUS for their name selection.

I bought from them once, and had no problems. I believe it was a couple of plastic structure kits.

I really have not had any real problems with any orders I have placed for train items.

Just a small purchase. I was looking for an HO scale test car. Not exactly the style I was looking for BUT they had one. The price was okay and the shipping was fast.

No complaints!
