swissbahn In the mean time I recieved an answer from Broadway LTD, they are working on an N scale version of their HO ALCO RSD-15.
That is good news. N scale could use a new good running modle of a 1960s era diesel locomotive.
I hope it gets delivered on time for you.

Thank you for your response. In the mean time I recieved an answer from Broadway LTD, they are working on an N scale version of their HO ALCO RSD-15. They hope to maybe have it out sometime in 2021. I am keeping my fingers crossed that they are able to do it.
swissbahn I know that MRC had made one a long time ago and that you can find them on eBay, but by todays standards that was a very crude locomotive.

I had the MRC N Scale RSD15 in High School, in the 1980s. It was one of my two favorites, the other being my Con-Cor PA-1.
It was a great puller and a reliable runner. Detail was crude, but with an MTL pilot coupler and different handrails, it looked OK. It was also a bit noisy, but almost all N scale was back then.
I don't know af a newer model coming out.
Hi,
Does anyone know if any manufacturer plans on coming out with a N scale Alco RSD-15? I know that Broadway Limited came out with a HO model a while back and I hoped they would follow up with a N scale version. I know that MRC had made one a long time ago and that you can find them on eBay, but by todays standards that was a very crude locomotive. I do believe if offered it would be a seller as the prototype was a very interesting engine and a must if you model Santa Fe or Espee.
