Coupler conversion on MRC (Model Power) N scale Mogul 2-6-0

Has anyone tried replacing the couplers on a newer MRC Mogul N scale 2-6-0?  If so, which couplers did you use?

According to the Micro-Trains site, it’s a 1025 body mount.

You could try a Z Scale 905 for the pilot.

I done it on Atlantic and Mogul

On the tender a Micro Trains coupler 1025 or a 1015 (short) or 1027 work fine; if you don't have one of these on hand; order the brown one in place of black.

All my steam locomotives are equiped with Z scale Micro trains couplers 905 or 903 on the front; these small couplers mate perfectly with N scale MT couplers, but are easier to put in place in front of a N scale steam pilot where place is often restricted.
