Kyle, Atlas also makes concrete tie track, but it is code 83 as well. The code 83 measures out to the current 132-136 pound rail in service on most railroads. The code 100 rail is even biger than the old Pennsy 155 pound rail. Peco does have code 100 concrete tie flex track, but I suspect it is British design. Shinohara also has a code 100 concrete tie flex track. Check out the Walthers web site and, search on 'track & accessories' and 'flex' - you should see what is available......

Micro Engineering Track

I've seen Micro Engineerings pre-weathered, concrete tie track and it looks awsome but what I don't understand is why they don't make code 100, pre-weathered, concrete tie track but only code 83.

Most rails with concrete ties are very thick as concrete ties are found in areas for high-speed trains. My only issue and reluctancy towards the ME concrete tie track is the thickness of the rail. The tie spacing is on point but the rails need to be thicker for my purposes.

Does anyone know how to make the request to Micro Engineering or even know if Micro Engineering plans to make code 100 track with pre-weathered rails and concrete ties?
