Have you checked with the manufacturer?  Many keep their instructions on their computers in machine readable form, and a simple email will get a set sent to you.

There is a website that has tons of old assembly instructions/exploded views for locomotives, rolling stock, and structures.  Maybe someone here on the forum who remembers it can provide that link for you.  Doing a quick Google search came up empty for me.

a few years back he purchased Precision laser craft. I don't know if he has the complete product line and instructions. he does have a lighthouse very similar to what Precision laser craft made.
