I contacted Peco a year ago and asked about that. I also got the response that they would convert all sizes to Unifrog when current tooling wore out and needed to be replaced. I pressed about code 100 and they said that could take a couple of years.
I recently wanted an update and found this information: https://dccwiki.com/PECO_Unifrog

Peco Code 83 switches are generally following US-prototype, whereas Code 100 and Code 75 switches are following British prototype.
Peco will eventually completely switch over to Unifrog for their entire range of switches, but only as tooling needs to be replaced. I don´t think there is a fixed schedule.
Happy times!

Depends on what you are looking for. Peco plans to release a Code 83 #6 this year. If you are looking for the North American style, that isn't in the plan for this year, but is a priority as the tooling is replaced.
Any word on code 100 or code 83 available date?
And any info/details regarding them?
