Has anyone dissasembled a HO 3 truck Shay? I can't get the boiler off the frame, front part either hung on something or there is a hidden fastener attached. I am trying to convert to DCC and change head light to LED.

BigDaddy This thread may help Thanks! I finally figured it out. I took photod of the entire dissassembly process if anyone is crazy enough to want to do this! I can pass it on. I found a screw on the boiler under the front truck power pickup PC. Sneaky little bugger! I rebuilt the entire wiring system and added my TCS decoder and all is good!
