Here's a hanging thought.
I hang my small flying aircraft from an unfinished basement ceiling by using clean nylon thread from my wife's sewing basket.
Also installed a small desk fan above the hanging aircraft to blow the plane around as it descends on it's final approach.
Think walthers has some DC 3's, perhaps too early for you.

I have always been interested in adding a portion of a modern commercial airport to my layout. I have found that aircraft in 1/96 and 1/100 (for larger planes) work well at a distance and have found plenty of airfield firetrucks but I am constantly looking for accessories, buildings, vehilcles and figures to add and have mostly come up dry. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
