While the price sounds good, you may also require a pressure regulator and gauge, and perhaps a moisture trap, too. I'd guess, too, that it runs continuously when in-use. Some may consider that to be a drawback, but my rotary compressor runs continuously, too, although it's a little larger and heavier, with a 3/4hp motor...
I still don't completely understand its operation, but it's been a reliable tool for 25 years, and I've never had moisture in the water trap, nor oil in the paint, despite the compressor screws working in an oil bath. The small tank, at right, is, I think, for oil separation, and definitely not for storage of compressed air. Since the compressor runs continuously without the pulsations of a piston- or diaphragm-type, the airflow is very smooth and regular, negating the need for a storage tank.

I've never seen the "mighty Mini" before, do you have experience as how good it works?
