Is there a difference between conducta-lube and tuner grease? What exactly do you use conducta-lube for?

Conducta Lube & Cleaner by Aero Loco Works. Cleans & lubricates commutators and brushes. Claims to enhance DCC performance and extends brush life.
To treat motors, apply one drop per brush or any other electrical contact point. Can be used on wipers that come in contact with track.
Electronic tuner may also be used.
ADDENDUM: In the Walthers reference book under Adhesives-Cleaners-Lubricants, Atlas
lists a similar product"Conducta Lube". Don't know if these are one & the same but there are similarities.
