Rapido Trains has their "Proto Paint" line and they do have a good foothold in the British model train industry.

You may be able to find some of the colors You need with Tamiya, Humbrol, Vallejo, Revell, Mr Hobby Paints:

I have also used Citadel Acrylic Paints for many things......main use was Wargaming  figures:

If you are looking for typical US brand model railroad paints, than you may have to order them directly from the US.

Humbrol, Tamiya, Revell, or Vallejo paints are available from various online sources, one of them being e models.
