Official time slots for clinics

9:00 AM         RPM opens

9:30 AM         We would like to announce our last presenter, Keith Kohlmann.  Keith will do a clinic on how to photograph your models outside.  This should be a very interesting clinic.

11:00 AM       Starting Operations on your Model Railroad, this clinic will be presented by Al Kempf.

NOON 1 HOUR LUNCH BREAK

1:00 PM         Fred Firkus will be doing a weathering clinic.  Fred models between the 1980's to the 2000's and will explain how to weather on both locomotives and rolling stock

2:30 PM         Jim Rindt. Jim will be discussing his involvement with the display that is located in a replica of the C&NW Standard No. 3 Depot in the Village of Zachow Wisconsin. This N scale display is an uncompressed model of the village as it was before WW2. This will be an interesting look at a fine display from one of the craftsman that built the display.

3:30 Pack up models & Displays after Door Prizes

4:00 PM         Discussion on ways the RPM can be improved for next year.

Thanks Jim, and others, for bringing this in the open.  I'll be home that Saturday, I'll have to check this out.

And thank you Mike Slater!

Mike.

As Dave mentioned this is our Divisions first RPM meet, Currently I have two confirmed Slots for clinics, talking to another gentelman tonight so hopefully we will have 3 slots filled, and worse case I have a clinic I can use to fill the 4th slot.  We also have some door prizes and will have a gentelmann that will be doing an all day presentation on weathering.  Our RPM meet will be free to the public, The size of the rpm meet will not be large like St Loius or Chicago this year but we have to start some where.

I will be posting a list of current clincs this week on our Division Facebook page

I remember reading about a RPM scheduled for September 21st in Milwaukee.  Has any more info been published?

Jim

Mike Slater, our new Division Superintendent (and a very good modeler) wants to try something new for our first meeting of the 2019-2020 season.  He has gone to other RPM meets and wants to try out the concept here.  As of now I know nothing about presenters or topics but will try to find out what I can.
