Actually, it's listed as a topic for the layouts forum. Thing is that most people post everything related to scale model railroading right here. I think there are some discussion groups on Yahoo. Since I peruse all the forums here, I don't really care where the topics are posted I'll see them. Just make sure the topic is clear.

Um..yes there is. It's under the "All Forums" link, and is called the DCC Forum:

Jim Miller, Paul Graf, and the infamous Atlas mod are the big cheeses over there, and it's a wonderful resource.

You can find a lot of help at Atlas' forums. No specific DCC section, but a lot of DCC people. www.atlasrr.com
