I have only needed to contact them once, a couple of years ago, and had no problems at all.

Their web page shows phone numbers, did anyone try CALLING them?
Calling them might help, I was going to email them about doing another run of “Collector’s Edition Series ES44AC’s“. But since their email link is not working, I guess I‘ll wait for the people there to fix/update the email link.

That's what I do.. Long distance calls are "free" on my cell phone.. I have called Atlas,Athearn and Walthers about availability of certain parts.
The way I see it I'm paying for that "free" long distance so,why not use it?

I have always had excellent service from InterMountain, including prompt replies to my emails.
I hope nothing is amiss.

I'm just a dude with a bad back having a lot of fun with model trains, and finally building a layout!
Hey, maybe their server is down or the email reader is sick or a hundred other reasons why your email isn't answered.
Call them. It's free and instant results - one way or the other.
ENJOY !

Well, this is August. Maybe some of them (all?) are on vacation.
