Appropriate Nickle Silver wheels for the Tyco Sharknoses for running at club layouts

Hi all, wondering what appropriate Nickle Silver wheels would be best for the TYCO sharknoses, such as the A Team, Santa Fe, Pennsylvaina Railroad and Canadiana Locomotives for running at club layouts, I'm interested in case if I ever pick one up, would they be at train shows ?????  I'm going to one on July 20th, its the Greenberg's Great Train and Toy Show in Pittsburgh if they are there.... Thanks in advanced

Your probably going to have to take them out, and take measurements, such as axle length, what the end of the axle looks like, wheel diameter, the gear on the drive axle,  axle diameter, etc., and see what you can find to match.

Do all the axles have the gear?  It looks like 1 axle per truck has the gear, but I'm not sure.  I'm going off the diagram HOSeeker has.

I thought they were some type of chrome anyway, as I remember them being shiny.  Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong loco.

NWSL used to have a selection, I'm not sure what they have, as they are closing their doors.

I'm sure others will chime in with more places to look for axle sets.

Good luck!

Mike.
