Update on my project Lone Star 0-8-0 Douglas No.9 back together again!
Posted by Safety Valve on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 6:06 PM

Hello, so recently I have just gotten around to gluing back Douglas together with the reproduction rivits that I recieved in the mail, he needs some extra work done to him like a face added (I will be going with a pair of older Childhood Wooden Railway Douglas face from the 90s) regardless he has come together well, he needs some of the JB weld cleaned off of him Wink

He just needs late BR steam decals that I can import to the states, coupling rods and a little weathering added and he should be good to go!

And I did make the new tender to engne draw bar coupling, which needs extending though Big Smile but yeah the main assembily is back together, he just needs one more rivit to that I can add on Saturday hopfully....

Lone star 0-8-0 is back together
