To my knowledge it is still active. A fellow named Larry use to run it. Some years ago I use to email him but he no longer responds.
About two years ago some of us found out we could not post a link of a loco diagram. It would come up, no permission. We could only post the hoseeker link. I saw this discussion in a couple of forums.
Not sure that has changed. I have not tried anymore. There might be someone new running it or it could be A.I. Artificial Intelligence. Many sites are like that today. They do not want to interact with people.
