NMRA Mini-Con

There is one tomorrow in south central PA.  Looks like a bunch of seminars and some stuff for sale.  This could be the first one held at Mainline Hobbies, don't know.

Has anyone been to a Mini-Con.  It is a bit of hike for me and I wanted to get some stuff done locally.

Have never been to one.  However. a friend of mine mentioned this one (Gettysburg area) and said that it was a "lot of fun".  Not sure what that means. but he normally dislikes everything.

My modular club did one about two years ago.  One day event.  I didn't get to participate in literally everything, as I was busy playing with my trains and the layouts on display weren't 'new' to me....as I was obviously very familiar with them.

I did get to take in a lecture on track planning, the presenter escapes me, and one on modeling modern seaports.  I found them both enjoyable.
