I need a different camera, I've had this for about 15 years.

As I was standing in a dry wash checking out an old wooden bridge, a mixed freight came rumbling by.....caught this centerbeam on it's way to pick up a load.

Thank you for the comment on my roads. I get stressed out when doing projects like laying pavement markings which tend to be more perminent. So I decided to finish lighting up my mining spurs for night operation. Here you can see the day and night photos of my N scale coal industry. I hope you enjoy. Cheers!

Genesis/Highliners are excellent models but I wish they would fix the cab floor height and depth from the windscreen. The engineer in the 9675 above is hitting his head on the cab ceiling!

Peter ... Thank you for your comment about my photo. The metal office building at the stock yard is one I made from an old Suydam kit. Instructions said to solder it together, but today's adhesives make the job much easier. ... I like your scene. In particluar, I noticed the industrial windows were open. Nice.

Rick ... Thanks for your remark about my photo as well as others. Your frieght car projects are coming along nicely. The Genesis F7's look great.

Good afternoon from party sunny and cold Northeast Ohio!

Great start to this weekend, Gary, Mike, Kevin, Alan, George and anybody I might have missed, some real inspiration going here.

Photobomb finally opened up so I could download pictures I took this week.

Built a 40' PS1 boxcar that will be painted and decaled for the Rock Island.

Also built a 4650CF ACF Covered Hopper for the N&W.

Started on a Plano/Athearn PS 2600CF Covered Hopper that will be done for the Katy before I tackle a number of these for the DT&I.

Athearn Genesis F7's will a coal drag photographed on the Strongsville Club layout.

Ed, Those shots inside the roundhouse came out great!

I worked on my Sunset K-36's driver insulation problem by hooking it up briefly to several hundred amps from the Land Cruiser battery. With a crackle and a small puff of smoke, the problem was resolved. Then I caught a few shots of it hanging out with little #7.

This overhead shot really highlights the differences between these two locos.

480 also got a fresh set of wipers.

Here's a project I currently working on for my steam era team track.

I have finally taken the time to properly measure and lay down some of the pavement markings for my recent expansion on my N scale layout. Still have much work to do, but when the details are added to this Main street, i think it will really start to look nice. Cheers!

Yes, I used 2 styles of window for a bit of a different look, and had to kitbash some pieces to get the building to fit the space

Harrison: I spent a week exploring the Adirondacks about twenty-five years ago. It is a beautiful region.

It looks like the STRATTON AND GILLETTE went through a Time-Warp for this freight car. It certainly is not appropriate for 1954!

A good start to WPF guys.

Nothing new on the BRVRR. Had to return an new SD70Ae because of a direct short somewhere inside.

Here is an oldie-but-goodie from the BRVRR website: Santa Fe freight and passenger trains meet at the west end of the BRVRR layout.

I just finished another structure for the right side grade on the Bootbay Railway Village layout. The Benoits clothing store was a well known busiess in Portland, ME into the 1950s. As with all buildings in this area, the back of the building is modeled; it assumes the street side is 'behind the backdriop'

Garry- another amazing scene on your layout.

I have been working on an Adiondack forest diorama for a history project.

I didn't have room for a loggin camp, so I included a small line shack and loggers cutting down trees.

An old Bachmann 4-4-0 sets the scene.

Me and my friend have made a lot of trees for the diorama.

Got a 4 ft shop light from Harbor Freight, really lights up the layout, though taking photos with it don't turn out to well.

Haven't done much on the railroad, CN #4114 leads a southbound freight through south Plattsburh, NY.
