Can you read CV113?

This discusses CV116 as well:

Hi, welcome to the forums.  This might get moved to the Electrical and DCC forum, but I see it has a SoundTrax decoder.

What I would do is call Athearn.  They are really good about providing help and support.  I've always had good luck with them.

I cannot program my Athearn (ATH98821) SD40 to respond to quiet mode. I am following the same procedure that I use to program quiet mode in my five Athearn Genesis locos.  The SD40 willlet me change other CV’s.  Might this loco have an older decoder that doe not support quiet mode?
