I've met Steve a couple of times at local train shows. He's relatively young and seemed to be in good health. His company is a one man show run out of his home, I think.

Hi, no, so far the charge hasn't gone through yet, although as I mentioned I did get the confirmation e-mail that appears to show they got all my information OK. It's not a huge purchase (some speakers and enclosures, around $60), I'm really just wondering what's up. I had a similar situation once before where it turns out it was kind of a one-man operation and the guy had died unexpectedly, hoping it's not something like that again!
Did they charge you? If so, have you notified your charge account institution of a potential dispute?

Hi, I ordered a couple of things from Steve's Depot online a few weeks ago. I got a confirmation e-mail back right away, but have heard nothing since. I sent two e-mails this week but so far no reply. When I go back to the website, it notes a 'going out of business' sale is on. Does anyone know anything about their status - are they already closed or ??
