Looks like Little Timmy has taken care of this well. I do have a pic of mine, which is narrowgauge.

This is just "UN-BELEVABLE" ! I found them right off the bat ! ( I will never be able to find anything this quick again.... even if you paid me! )
Anyway.... here's what the kit come's with. ( minus the truck's . Their junk and I would only "recommend" them for a scrap load anyway's )
The instruction's are "Vague" to say the least ! It's one sheet of paper, printed on both side's.
There are "Optional" part's included ( Mostly different grab-Iron's ) and the instruction's give you several Prototype railroad's that used these car's.
I know... The picture's are a bit too small to be readable. If you click on the picture's , you can use your computer to enlarge them ( ( but I discovered, if you blow them up more than 250% the writing get's really blurry.) So, if you want , Private Message me your Address and I will mail you the instruction sheet.
Hope this help's
P.S. : I have built quite a few of these , so let me know if you need any "Tip's".
( You have to "hack" the frame up a bit, if you want the truck's to turn without hitting the frame. )
Rust...... It's a good thing !
thanks timmy the pics are a help also.
thanks maxmani did see the flat car and clicked on one and it wasn't the correct one, now i know to look at all files.
If you give me a few hour's , I will dig through my "PILE" of instruction sheet's , and I know I have at least 2 or 3 set's of them.
I believe that the instructions for the ECW depressed center flat were sparse.
In any event, the HOSeeker site does have two sheets of them. Open the tab to the "Literature" tab. You'll see a tab for Eastern Car Works. Click there. When that tab opens you'll see somethings that says Miscellaneous HO Trains. Open that. One of the sub-tabs will say "Miscellaneous Diagrams". Click there and scroll down the alphabetical list. You'll see ECW. You want ECW flat cars 3 and 4.
Oh yea! "Bing" go, right at the top of the list. I see one of the current members in here was part of that conversation, maybe he'll chime in.
Didn't see any thing about instructions, but some good photos.
The photos I referenced to in the Bachmann forums shows the car, with out the deck, nice shots of the frame and under structure.

Search the MRH forums. I saw a thread dated 2015 about this car with a couple photos. Some prototype photos.
I used a different search machine than Google and found it.

If you ever fall over in public, pick yourself up and say “sorry it’s been a while since I inhabited a body.” And just walk away.
the problem is that someone gave kit to me, not sure it all there and there are 11 steps and 9 grabs three hex topped pins that don't fit truck mounts and a set of solid trucks that don't have springs in them and more parts.
I did some looking around too, it appears Walthers handled them at one time, #117-4800.
I looked at threads from other forums that came up, no one seems to know what happened to ECW, and their tooling.
I did find some pictures, a couple were in the Bachmann forums, and as a depressed flat car, would it be all that hard to figure it out?
Other discussions also mentioned that adding weight was a must.
Good luck!
No luck online using Google. That search engine had a post about that company no longer in business. Perhaps the instructions were taken down?
mlehman Pretty sure I didn't throw mine away, but can't locate them. The ECW DP flat kit was picked up be another firm, but I can't recall who right now. Anyone know? You may be able to find instructions searching under that, if someone recalls what it is.
