I recently acquired a ScaleTrains.com ET44AC Tier 4 GEVO Operator version, (Christmas present) and at the risk of making this sound like sales pitch, I'm very impressed with the product quality and customer service. The locomotive has great detail, (which is quite something for a basic model) it runs smooth and quiet, and the LED headlights are amazingly bright. I was having an issue with the couplers, and the gentleman in customer service was polite and very helpful. This is my first product from ScaleTrains, and I'm very happy with it. More businesses should have that kind of customer service.
I was given two NS ES44ac unit’s last Christmas and received two CSX ES44ah units this year. Both sets are Rivet Counter versions and run flawlessly. Had to call customer service due to discount coupon question last year and inventory verification this year. Received prompt and accurate reply. Will definitely purchase from Scale Trains again.
