I don't know if anything is resolved, or if it will be, but I do know the last time I called CS, the first thing the woman asked me was "is this about Zino?".
You might have better luck calling Kalmbach cs, and NOT MR's cs. They are different.

Does anyone know if this has been resolved? I am in the same boat. I'd like to subscribe but I don't want a physical magazine showing up every month.
...and before you suggest it, I sat on hold with customer service yesterday for over 30 minutes before hanging up.

Thanks Frank. That's actually the loop that went around in a couple times that caused me to ask the question. I was hoping to renew my all-digital subscription, but I can't seem to find that option. Looks like you found the same info, so I suspect the previous options have changed.Meanwhile, I ended up buying the newest issue via zinio. I'm only posting here because I suspect I'll get an MR staffer viewing the post as opposed to an outside service...I love me some MR. I want to keep 'em coming :)85 years. Crazy stuff!!!
