Two trains of autoracks meet.  Sorry for the low quality video.  Was shot with my old webcam several years ago.

Show me more autoracks.

The racks aren't visible here, but that white line on the door indicates that the car is equipped with Evans auto-loader racks...

Wayne

More automobile-carrying equipment of any type, please.

The open auto rack cars are ones I made many years ago from kits made by Quality Craft. They are made of wood. Same with the TOFC flat cars.

Please show either automotive equipment or intermodal equipment.

Just got off the plane in ATL for my layover to Chicago... and How Embarassing!

.

Sorry about starting a second "Show Me Something" thread by mistake. That was terrible of me. I was looking for "Jarrell's Show Me Something", not "Welcome to Jarrell's", so I missed it.

.

Please continue with the fun. I will contribute as I can. The current request is...

This is the Dunnville Station, and it, and the raised right-of-way, were courtesy of the New York Central, which at one time owned a major share in the Grand Valley Railway.  Central was long gone by the time of my late '30s modelling era...

The far wing includes the railroad's express business, the near wing a Post Office, while the centre portion, accessed one floor down at street level, is the station.  Railroad-related offices mostly fill the upper stories.

This is the Grand Valley's station at Mount Forest....

While the track has been ballasted since that photo was taken, there's still not much more of the town built, which explains the empty platform.

Nothing exotic. Grafton Tower is a largely unmodified Bachmann structure. It is lighted and has a tower operator in place.
