One of my customers have sent me a MTH 2-8-0 that he is having problems with and I normally work on brass stuff which are pretty strait forward to take apart. I spent 20 mintutes last night trying to figure how to get the boiler/cab off. I got the screw under the sand dome, I also got the one under the boiler to get the smokebox door off. I see that there is a screw that is located directly under the smoke generator but the smoke generator will not come out to get that one. I also see 2 screws tucked in under the cab and ash pan but no way to get a screw driver on them... What am I missing?
