Here are two STRATTON & GILLETTE gondola cars loaded with scrap metal rolling down the levee. These are Walthers USRA gondola kits with Chooch loads.

.

I used Tichy bracketed grab irons on these cars, but I think the brackets look a little bit too heavy. You can click on the image for a larger view.

.

.

Show me another gondola car loaded, empty, or anything in between.

Here is my entry and keep the theme going. This is copy and paste. The insert image doesn't work for me. Maybe my image has too many megabites? And the text

Sorry to bother every one. I have never had any trouble posting before.

When I am preparing image (copy and paste) the text is above the photo and after a couple sentence the text ends up behind the photo and is hidden.

If I use the insert image icon system I end up with a very large photo and no place to put the text.

A gondola is being loaded at Reggie's junk yard.

Please show another gondola

Lee ... Don't feel badly. Techology drives me crazy too. ... Not sure about the posting problem you are experiencing. .... I notice your image this time and the previous two times is so large it covers most of the Show Me thread. Then I refresh the page, and the large image goes away. It is then normal size in your post. .... Crazy computers. Bang Head ... You are not bothering me though.

Lee Imgur is easy.

  • In album mode, hover your cursor at the top right corner and a downward pointing arrow appears, click that.
  • A drop down menu will appear.
  • Choose get share links.
  • Copy the BB Code copy link When you get to the spot in you post that you want to put the photo,
  • hit control v.  Instead of seeing a big square that you can't work around, you will see a line of text, that becomes a photo when you post it.

If you are seeing all your photos at once in Imgur, like a big checkerboard, click on the photo you want.  You will see that photo, and a bunch of share links to the right.  Again click on BB Code copy and follow the above directions.

Don't use any of the insert, paste, link or photo icons in the compose post view.  No need to resize the pic either, just control V

This is my scratch built float plane in N scale. He can land and take off in only one direction.Whistling I have watched those bush planes take off in a very short space.
