Samhongsa produced a batch of I-1s back in 1992, equipped with either a short-haul or a long-haul tender. Check Ebay if there´s one available.
Samhongsa also made a J-1, a T-1 and a Q-2.
These are all hand-made brass engines, so don´t expect them to come cheap.
Happy times!

Noah LI find it hard to believe one of the most popular railroads in history has neary none of its steamers in N!
It's not just Pennsy, Noah. Steam in N-scale is generally VERY limited. You'll have to settle for brass, as Bob suggested...or switch to HO-scale. I model steam and early diesel and only HO really offers locomotives in that era. The detail is nicer, too.

Time...It marches on...without ever turning around to see if anyone is even keeping in step.
There was only one S1, so at best you're looking at brass for that. It's possible BLI will produce J1's, I1's and L1's, and their T1's are due soon. I've seen the makings for an H9 on the Shapeways site, which would involve assembling and painting the parts and putting them on a Bachmann Consolidation mechanism. You can make L2's using Kato USRA Mikes. You can get away with that if you're modeling Lines West (which would also allow you do run the S1, as well as the S2, Q1, and Q2's if they are ever available --again, most likely as brass unless you want to scratchbuild or develop engines through Shapeways).
Im looking to build a large level layout of the Prr in n scale. Im a big fan of pennsy steam but cant seem to find many in N. I know some companies have made M1s, K4s, and T1s for N. But am trying to find I1s, J1s, H10s, S1s, E6s, and any other authentic steamers. I find it hard to believe one of the most popular railroads in history has neary none of its steamers in N!
