I have a crazy idea. If I can find out the lenght and width of the three story building without their plastic base, I might be able to make it fit. I would turn the one story lbuilding 90 degrees. That might work.

1572 - Jackson Meat Packing Plant - KIT
162 x 160 x 182 mm / 6.4 x 6.3 x 7.2 in
I tried to sell my two cents worth, but no one would give me a plug nickel for it.
I don't have a leg to stand on.
If the kit looks like what you want, you can always kitbash it to fit whatever space you have. If space it truly limited, you can create a low-relief background building to fit against your backdrop. You can also use the excess portions of the kit to create additional buildings or wings attached to the main building. Just use your imagination. Best of all, your building won't look like anyone elses.
