Thanks, I didn't think they did I'll just wait to see if they come out with one, or until Soundtraxx will release their tsunami.

If you go to their web site Lifelike products .com you will find under new releases proto series everything they have released so far with sound. E6's GP9's 2-8-8-2 also in this section you will find their future releases and expected shipping date. For now if you want alco sound in your pa's or fa's Soundtraxx is your only option. There first generation emd and alco sound decoders are very good, but you will not have the programabilty or anywhere near the volume output as factory installed QSI. Although alot of volume is not allways a good thing.

The January 05 MR, on page 25, has an ad from Caboose Hobbies in Denver, Colorado, featuring the PA/PB by Proto 2000 but there is no mention of sound in them.

A Google search under Proto 2000 and Alco PA never turned up anything about these, so they probably have not been released yet.

Has Proto came out with PA &PB with sound?
There's a member in my club said that they came out with it,but I don't remember reading about it.
