Auhagan HO model kits from Germany
Posted by dragonriversteel on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 10:13 PM

I'd like to share with all of you these great kits. Last year I bought a couple of kits from Auhagan of Germany. Wonderfully engineered easy kits to put together.

Bought the following kits.

Auhagan HO Steam Forge Hammer . Kit # 80109

Auhagan Boiler House with chimmy Kit # 11431 It looks close to North American prototypes.

Auhagan narrow gauge set  Kit # 41700

I still model steel mill heavy industry and these kits will fit right in.

Just wanted to share this great kits with other modelers who are looking for just the right detail. Heck the forge hammer could go with countless industries like a machine shop, locomotive shop or stand alone.

They have many kits that could be bashed into something neat.

Modeling an ficticious HO scale intergrated Scrap Yard & Steel Mill Melt Shop.

Southland Industrial Railway or S.I.R for short. Enterchanging with Norfolk Southern.

Yes,

I discovered Auhagen when I bought several sets of this industrial narrow-gauge equipment from Walthers:

It is very good quality, indeed. I'll be looking for more Yes

Thanks, Ed

They do look like great models.  Walthers doesn't seem to have the name in their manufacturers list, but I found them on the Auhagen site.
