Very old Atlas switch machines.  The center screw contact is common the outside screws are right and left throw.  They operate best at 16 volts AC.  Use momentary switches or push buttons, continuous voltage will melt the housing.
 
 
The object inside the dotted area is a latching relay, if you don't need signal indicators ignore that protion of the circuit.

Can someone identify the manufacturer of these switch machines and what all the wires are for and how to wire them up?
