I stoped at what I believe is the last hobby shop left in Philadelphia the other day, they have been in business for over 25 years. They recently moved from their downstairs location to their upstairs location at the same address. They have some older HO buildings and such on sale right now. It is 20% off each one if you buy 3, 15% each if you buy 2, and 10% if you buy 1. They also have a lot of N scale locomotives and such. I know they aren't doing the greatest but if you are in the area you can stop by and support the local shop.
