That looks like a good old fashioned Testors brush. I actually like using them because their bristles are rather stiff. They seem to make it easier for me to paint 'relatively' straight lines. Note the emphasis on 'relatively'.

Ever painted yourself into a corner?  I needed to make a couple of modifications to a scratch built house and afterwards I had light leaks in very hard to get to areas.  After a bit of thought I came up with an answer, I needed an angle brush.  I had a cheapo plastic rarely used brush so with Ye Old Soldering Iron I heated the plastic and bent the brush into a 90° angle.

 

 

No more light leaks.
