OOPs!
I have a couple of the Ulrich cars. I think I have already changed to metal wheels but I will check.
FYI, I was able to find replacement 'O' rings at the local hardware store. They weren't on the shelves. They had a box of really small 'O' rings under the counter. I had to ask.

I'm just a dude with a bad back having a lot of fun with model trains, and finally building a layout!
I just bought one of these kits at Grumpy's antiques in Georgia. It is complete and unstarted.
.
Not sure what I will ever do with it, but it is a neat old thing to have.

Living the dream.
Some of the crowd remembers this kit well.
I had a friend, since deceased, that was a job shop print owner, that build one many years ago, in attempts to keep his Tru-Scale(another topic) brass rail clean.
Being that he was in the printing trade, he keep a bith of acetone on hand for offset press cleaning.
He said what the hey, one day he decided to experiment with this cleaner, into the tank on the car.
Put it behind a locomtove and let it go.
