Anyone tried Ro-Ro elevators?

Want one in N, thought about doing that sort of vertical siding, 6 ft. in N would be a big help. Not long after, saw the ad when they first came out. I'm not to that stage yet, have the rest of the layout to do, when I get there, will stack staging first. Have a lot of trains, locos, too many for a small bedroom layout.

Has anyone tried the RO-RO train elevators (the storage shelved that move up and down)? Are they reliable? How fast do they move?
I want to use one in HO for short train staging.
