Keep in mind, too, that you don't have to build a structure kit strictly to the assembly instructions.
Here's Walthers Vulcan Manufacturing, with both long walls facing the viewer (plus some add-ons from other sources)...
Walthers Front St. Warehouse (actually most of two kits)
...and the parts that were leftover...
This is my version of the George Roberts structure use parts from two kits...
...and the left over parts from that were combined with a Walthers Stamping Plant kit, built with both long walls facing the viewer, to create this...
While there's nothing wrong with building a structure as intended, if you can look past the name of the structure shown on the box and simply look at it as a building, it can open up a lot of possibilities, limited only by your imagination. On most layouts, you'll find "building lots" not well-suited to any commercially available structure.

For the most part - height is normally listed 3rd. That said, you can always compare the picture on one of the websites with the dimensions and generally figure it out.

Thanks for the input, I really appreicate it. Now if I can just find some time to MRR I'd be much happier. :)
Even with Walthers down there are places to find the information:

I tried to sell my two cents worth, but no one would give me a plug nickel for it.
I don't have a leg to stand on.
Yep, all three come up if you google the names and product number that you have posted.
Altoona,
If you go directly to Walthers website, they probably have the footprints posted on the individual product pages. (Looks like the Walthers server is down at the moment.) Even googling the first kit I found that it was 12-3/4 x 7-1/2 x 9".
Hello everyone,
It's been a long time since I've had the MRR bug and it's back with a vengence. Can someone point me to the footprint of the following three Walthers Structures?
These are three of the last four large structures for my layout. It'll be some time before I get to purchasing them but if I could get the footprint for the space they take up it would help a lot.
Thank you in advance.
