Had the pleasure of visiting Jack's home back in '84 with our local RR club. Great Host and superb railroad!
Jack,
Thanks for the link and all your work telling the story of the YV and your layout over the years. It's been an inspiration.
I do things differently, but I do them the way I do because I've thought about what I knew, what I could do, and how I should go about it -- all very general statements, but all of which are grounded in your exemplar. Pass them over and you may be dissatisfied with a lot of work, pay attention to them and whatever you do accomplish will be rewarding enough to continue. That's been a great help to me and what I learned that I value most from reading and now watching how you get things done.

yvrr Last month, a two-person crew from TSG Media videoed my layout in High-def over several days. It has now been uploaded to YouTube at https://youtu.be/EHGkZHLqALY Take a look!
Wonderful new HD video of your Yosemite Valley RR. Thanks for alerting the community. I have always admired your fidelity to the prototype and talent to pull it off. I had the pleasure visiting your RR back in 2000 at the 2000 NMRA National Convention in San Jose, CA just before taking a position in Bloomington, IN.
Again, exemplary work.

Fantastic so far Jack, just breaking out some popcorn to watch the rest. One of my all-time favorite railroads, and an inspiration for many of my own projects. Bill
A tribute ro one of the world's great model railroads. Well done video.
I tried to sell my two cents worth, but no one would give me a plug nickel for it.
I don't have a leg to stand on.
