This is a common source of confusion... Caboose Industries is the company that makes switch stands and ground throws. Their products are available in hobby stores everywhere, as well as online (http://www.cabooseind.com and http://www.walthers.com for instance). They have nothing to do with Caboose Hobbies, which is a train store based in Colorado (http://www.caboosehobbies.com). Though Caboose Hobbies probably does sell Caboose Industries products. Just don't think about that too hard.

JOHN C TARANTOThis is an Atlas Code 83 turnout (#6) with a Caboose Industries #204 switchstand. I also recommend Caboose Industries #202S ground throws. Both work great.
Absolutely! I use Atlas Code 83 #4 turnouts on my layout with manual ground throws and switch stands.

Caboose Industries ground throws will work.
I used Blue Point controllers on my last layout and loved them.Walthers has both items.

I recently just got bought my track to start my layout and in that order I got three Atlas HO Code 83 #4 left hand turnouts (Customline) and I was wondering if I can still use manual switch stands. I don't really like remote switches because that takes all the fun out of it and with this only being a 4x8 it will be easier to just do manual. The layout design is here: http://www.layoutvision.com/id48.html, (I got rid of the engine house branch to save some room and money on the extra turnout.)
