Do you have an ad blocker extension installed in your browser? Overzealous ad blockers can sometimes blacklist the server our videos are hosted on.

If that's not it, contact Customer Service at 800-533-6644 or ModelRailroader@CustomerSvc.com.

Henry,

Yes, I can view youtube videos.  The ones I can't seem to get to play are the ones on the "User Videos" sight.

Still waiting for grandson-in-law to stop by.

Thanks for the suggestion.

The videos are youtube videos. Can you watch a regular youtube vid?

The most recent upgrade to Win 10 just about did in my computer.

Thank you for the suggestions, however, still no luck.  I've been right out straight, so not much time to check in here.  Guess I will have to catch up with my IT grandson-in-law and see if he can figure something out.

Not just sure what version of Windows is on this old girl (I'm pretty sure it's 7), he can probably tell me all about it, if I can snag him long enough.

Thanks again for the ideas.

Richard

Try logging in again. SOmetimes the site logs you out for no apparent reason.

I just tried it, Richard, works fine with Windows 7, proffesional, and Fire Fox 50. or 52, what ever the lastest update was.

User Video Viewing Problem
Posted by cowman on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 9:52 PM

I was away for the weekend and since I've been back, I can't view tje "User Vedeos" to play.  It goes to the screen with the black rectangle, where the video should show up, but it never plays, just stays black.  Ihave waited several minutes, to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Thank you,

Richard
