Thanks to all of you for your answers. I tried Jim's instructions and did exactly as he said. I was already logged in. I clicked on Video Plus and saw the airbrush video. I clicked on it but all I could see was the teaser. I checked my subscription and saw where I am subscribed to Video Plus as of today! I then thought I would log out and log in again. The program will NOT let me log out. I tried numerous times. I even restated my computer and tired again. Still no complete videos are available to me. I then tried to see the video on my wife’s iPad. Again I could see the airbrush teaser but not the full video. I guess they lied about instant access. I’ll call tomorrow as Henry suggested. Thanks for your help.
If Jim's instructions don't work, call customer service on Monday. The same thing happened to me and the problem was totally on their end, a computer version of the left hand not talking to the right.

Using your web brouser, open the Model Railroader site. Make sure you are logged onto the site. Your log-on name will appear in the upper right hand corner in a green box. Then go to the very top of the "front" page and click on the video plus box which should take you to the video plus site where you can select and watch videos. I just proofed played the latest video on air brushing and it worked fine doing exactly what I described.
Good luck and enjoy the content. I think the key is the log on to MR site. I used an I-pad which is bad at retaining logged in identity. You have to log on every time you open the MR site. I suspect this is why you are getting the teasers and not the content.

I'm not subscribed to the Video Plus so I can only guess that maybe since today is Sunday even though it says you are subscribed it may not be complete until business tomorrow.
