The Customer Service staff does not monitor the Forums. If you have issues, you have to contact Customer Service. Call them at 800-533-6644 or e-mail ModelRailroader@CustomerSvc.com.

Well, I got access to the Online Archives using Internet Explorer. Am I happy? NO! Why should I have to change browsers to get what I paid for?

I'm going to have to stew on this for a while but right now I'm inclined to ask for my money back. I loath being hijacked by my computer.

I'm not a happy camper right now! Can you tell?Smile, Wink & Grin

Best wishes all!

Thanks Ed

I'm really happy to learn that it's not my fault that I can't get into the Archives. I'm also not at all happy that apparently I have to jump through hoops to get to them.Angry

If the situation isn't resolved soon I'm just going to ask for my money back.

Regards,

Dave

For me, it will only open in Internet Explorer. I have never been able to get access in Chrome, only the "Sign Up Now" button.

I got this email some months back but it was of little use:

Thank you for contacting us regarding the challenges experienced accessing the Archive.  I was able to confirm that your subscription to Model Railroader and access to the Archive are active.  When logging into the site with your email address and password, we are getting full access to the Archive.  Please reply with further details so we can try to troubleshoot further:

·         Which browser are you using to access the Archive site?

·         Have you tried using a different browser such as; Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer?

·         Do you have another computer or device you could try accessing the Archive from?

·         Please click on the link below.  Are you getting the option to Login? Or, are you taken to a page that instructs you to Buy Now?

We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,

I DID click on the "renew" pop-up and checked the box to get three years of Print Only for $94.95. (SAVE 59%) I looked at my credit card statement today and saw that I was billed for $259.95!
Ouch...
I'm waiting to hear back from Kalmbach.

I just tried Digital Access again in Chrome and still no luck. Now the only button I get is "Go To Customer service"
Good Luck, Ed

How do I access the All Time On Line Archives?
Posted by hon30critter on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 3:52 AM

Ok, I thought I signed up and paid for a membership for the Online Archives. In fact, my account says I have paid for the Online Archives. I'm getting tons of annoying sales promotions from Zinio so apparently they have me in their sights, but I can't figure out how to actually get into the archives. I have received e-mails stating that the latest issue of MR was now available on line but I didn't click on the link immediately. Now apparently the link is gone. All I want to do is read the December 2016 MR on line.

Please help. It shouldn't be this difficult to get what I paid for!AngryAngryAngryAngry

Thanks

Dave
