MTH F3 shell removal
Posted by Erie-diamond on Saturday, October 15, 2016 7:37 AM

I have a new MTH F3 A-B diesel set and wish to know if anyone has removed the shell from these units and could tell me how they did it. The only instructions that came with it was to lube the axles before using. I want to lube the motors and the gear train or at least make sure they are properly lubed. From what I can determine so far is that it looks like the shells are held by tabs in slots in the fuel tanks, but I don't want to force things and break anything. Thanks in advance for any help, Ken
